
The GERI Project was established in 2001 to breakdown the barriers of prejudice and inequality in the workplace.
Since then, GERI has worked with its partners, a Consortium of Leading UK Equality and Diversity Training and Careers Guidance Consultants, to promote best practice in equal opportunities, develop strategies and initiatives to tackle ethnic and gender stereotyping and share this knowledge across the European community.
A comprehensive and highly innovative range of interactive learning resources that challenge gender and ethnic stereotyping has been produced to help learning providers, teachers, guidance practitioners and employers in the education and promotion of equality of opportunity, diversity, intercultural understanding and respect.
