The GERI Product range has been specifically designed to support learning providers in delivering best practice in equal opportunities, understanding gender and racial stereotyping and appreciating the impact prejudice can have upon young people and their job choices.

In addition to providing the tools and resources to deliver best practice, the GERI range of teaching and learning resources have been designed to encourage young people, job applicants and employers to think about and understand the challenging issues of equality and diversity.

The range of teaching and learning tools are specifically designed to be used effectively in a classroom environment, as a group discussion tool or on a one to one basis. The extensive range of interactive resources have been developed in conjunction with teachers and learning providers to engage young people with the issues, and through fun and thought-provoking activities actively encourage questioning and debate.
