Gender and racial stereotyping limits our options and prevents us achieving our dreams. Outdated occupational stereotyping stops women becoming mechanics or fire fighters and men reaching their goal of becoming nurses or carers. It closes doors to people of ethnic backgrounds and we think it has got to stop.
